Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image(s) remain exclusively with the photographer, Heather Troutman with Wild Grain Photography. Please do not alter these images in any way. 

Buyer/ Licensee allowed to use image(s) purchased and/or downloaded from this gallery for personal and commercial use including: web site publication, social media, print media, and advertising for up to 3 years. Non-transferrable to third parties. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. 

Buyer/ Licensee agrees to credit (Wild Grain Photography) for images used for commercial use on platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, and business websites. 

There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this digital image file. The photographer shall not be held liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the image(s).
